I know what you are thinking. How could these guys be starting another project they haven’t finished there last one. Well maybe you are right but what the heck when someone gives you a post car you just think drag racing. We decided that with all the parts we have sitting here and there we might as well do it.

The car was sitting a in a field for a lot of years and has been picked pretty clean. We will start by removing the old drive train and replacing some of the body panels.

This how I found the car in Weiser, ID. No rear end and no front spindles.

Working on removing the engine and trans.
225 slant six and auto trans removed.
Front fenders, hood and grill removed.
Cleaning up the radiator core.
Pulled the valance to try to get it back to a shape that can be worked with.
Sanded, primed and painted radiator core.
New front fenders installed. The right side has a bit of damage but it is repairable.
